Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Weko — the tryweko.com web app and the free Weko app for Garmin watches — operated by WEB PROJECT SOLUTIONS LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Weko lets you build a weekly schedule on the web and receive vibration reminders on a linked Garmin watch, including while your phone is away. The watch app is free to install; wrist reminders require an active subscription or trial.

Trial and subscriptions

Every new account gets a 7-day trial of the Pro plan that starts when you link your first watch — no payment method required. Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page. You can cancel, switch plans or update your payment method at any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and until then your plan keeps working. If a renewal payment fails we keep your reminders running for a short grace period while you fix it. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Your account and content

Keep your credentials safe; an account is for one person. Your schedule content belongs to you — we only use it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.

Fair use

Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, probe or overload our systems, access other people’s data, resell access, or use the device API with anything other than your own linked watches. AI import is rate-limited per day; automated bulk use is not permitted.

Reliability — read this one

We build Weko to fire reminders on time and measure it continuously, but wrist alerts ultimately depend on your hardware and settings: watch battery, Do Not Disturb and focus modes, Garmin firmware behavior, and whether the watch app is installed and linked. Weko is a convenience product. It is not a medical device and must not be relied on for medication, safety-critical, or emergency purposes.

Warranty and liability

Weko is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Garmin, Forerunner, Fenix, Epix, Venu and Vivoactive are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. Weko is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Garmin.

Ending or changing the service

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue Weko, we’ll give reasonable notice and won’t charge you past that point. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date, and continued use means acceptance.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WEB PROJECT SOLUTIONS LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: contact@webprojectsolutions.com.
